When purchasing a Whole Gin Pig today you are paying a $500.00 deposit, once we weigh your Gin Pig we will calculate the final price and advise of the balance owing.
Dressed weights of our pigs can vary so we only charge you the balance you when we know what your pig weighs:
SMALL GIN PIG - 55kg to 60kg (max $780) MEDIUM GIN PIG - 60kg to 75kg (max $975) LARGE GIN PIG - 75kg to 90kg (max $1170) PREMIUM AGED - Traditional Old Style Pork - 90kg+

Pack A - Large Family Pack An assortment of premium and quality large roasts, chops, ribs and belly, mince and diced pork portioned and packed for six people along with hocks and soup bones.
Pack B - Small Family Pack An assortment of premium and quality roasts, chops, ribs and belly, mince and diced pork portioned and packed for four people along with hocks and soup bones.
Pack C - Mixed Pack An assortment of premium and quality roasts, chops, ribs and belly, mince and diced pork in varying portion sizes along with hocks and soup bones. Perfect if sharing across extended family.
Pack D - You decide This option is great if you have a special event and need a pig broken down in a certain way. You let us know how you like the pig prepared and we will this organise with our butcher.
Every Medium Gin Pig order come with one of our Gin Pig Felino styled 500g salami sticks, valued at $72.
Every Large Gin Pig order comes with Felino styled 500g salami sticksand bottle of Yarra Valley Cabernet, grown and made on our farm, valued at $100.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose your Gin Pig size, the Cut Pack Option and place a $500 deposit on our online booking system.
A confirmation email will be sent to you. One of our Farm Managers be in contact within 24 hours to confirm arrangements.
Our Gin Pigs are processed Monday each week. As soon as we are informed of your Gin Pig dressed weight*, we will let you know via SMS and send an invoice via email with the balance due. Invoices are sent each Monday to be paid within 24 hours.
Our butchers breakdown your Gin Pig to your Cut Pack selected. Pick up is to be made from Friday of the same week directly from our butchers during their business hours, up to 36 hours.
100% reimbursement of deposit will be granted on all cancellations as long as we are informed before 11am Sunday morning of the dispatching week (before we load your pig).

WORKING WITH YOUR BUTCHER
If you have your own butcher, we are happy to coordinate with them and deliver your Gin Pig directly with a reduced price of $11.00 per kilo dressed weight*. Transport costs are included for deliveries within 30km of Melbourne CBD or the Yarra Valley.
**Dressed weight (also known as dead weight or carcass weight) refers to the weight of an animal after being partially butchered, removing all the internal organs and in most cases the head. Customers should expect 10-20% weight loss in unwanted trimming, skin, bones and lard.
