Gin Botanicals from Brogan's Way is mixed into our feed, naturally infusing flavours of juniper, coriander and native plants such as lemon myrtle into our pork, giving our meat a flavour profile that is rich, succulent and uniquely Gin Pig. 

Whey retained from the cheese-making process is fed to our herd, providing nutrients and additional protein to aid general health, digestion and promote vitamin rich milk production in our sows.
