Super Tasty Ham Pasta Salad

Perfect for hot summer days, this ham pasta salad quick, simple and refreshingly delicious.

Prep time 15 minutes Total time 40 minutes


  • 500g Large shell pasta (use gluten free pasta for GF version)

  • 2-3 Gin Pig Ham thickly sliced

  • 1-2 Lebanese Cucumbers

  • 1 Red Capsicum

  • 400g Tin of Corn Kernels

  • 2-3 Spring onions

  • 2 Tbs Whole egg mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbs Greek Style Yoghurt

  • 2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 3-4 sprigs of parsley

  • 3-4 dill sprigs leaves


  • Cook pasta. When el dente rise under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.

  • Cube Ham slices into bite size pieces, cube cucumbers and capsicum. Chop spring onion, dill and parsley including stems.

  • Combine mayonnaise, yoghurt and vinegar, mix to combine.

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise mix and gently stir through, season further to taste.

  • Refrigerate for 30mins.

  • Serve up and enjoy
